As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Site Envoy to become the face of Eltherington on our customer sites.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive the highest standards of quality and service.

As our on-site representative, you'll play a vital role in:

✅ Coordinating deliveries and managing stock levels
✅ Supporting product quality and resolving issues quickly
✅ Building strong customer relationships
✅ Carrying out minor on-site product rectification
✅ Working closely with our Production, Quality, Logistics and Sales teams
✅ Keeping customer operations running smoothly

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, customer-focused and comfortable working independently while representing the values of Eltherington Group.
