Embossing – Coils and
sheet can be supplied with the following embossing

Protection Foil – Self-adhesive
polycoating application is available and reduces the
risk of scratching and damage.
Decoiling / Blanking – We can
decoil up to 2540mm wide material, using a process
of in-line leveling to remove “coil set”.
Additionally, coil can be slit to specified sheet widths
and profiled in-line.
Profiling – Eltherington
supply profiled sheets, through roll forming, up to
a width of 2540mm. Profiling can improve the aesthetic
appearance of the caravan with the additional advantage
of added strength. Eltherington have a selection of
roll formed designs and numerous customer bespoke designs.

Edge
Forming & Fabricated Products – Eltherington
supply edge formed sheet through roll forming plus
fabricated items using CNC Press Brakes and folding
equipment.

After-Sales – Eltherington
are committed to providing after sales to a level that,
at least, meets guidelines approved by the caravan
industry. Eltherington strive to deliver after sale
replacement panels within a 4 week period.
