designed for Portable and Modular building installation.
A suite
of fixing clips is provided for all types of applications.
Adaptable
Installation – Capable of being installed
in Portable and Modular buildings with wall thickness
between 36mm
and 146mm.
Thermal Insulation – A U-Value
of 1.1uv is achievable using argon filled glass units
incorporating
soft coated
glass.
Glazing Options – Our windows & doors can
be supplied incorporating the full range of glass’s
required by the commercial sector.
Finish Options – Choice of
standard white and numerous coloured foil options available.
In addition we can
supply profiles
coated to the standard RAL colour range.
Options Include – Integral ventilators, head drips,
sub-cills and glass units with integral blinds.
Delivery
Solutions – Windows are supplied in stillages designed
for line-side production environments.

Integral Window Security Shutters
Features & Benefits:
Integrated Design & Supply – Shutter is supplied
integrated within the window frame and the manufacturer
retains overall quality control.
Cost savings are significant compared to traditional
shutter configurations. Cleaner exterior appearances
are achieved because external protection cages are
no longer required.
Enhanced Security – Protects vulnerable entry points.
Prevention of Dutch graffiti – glass scratching.
Thermal
Insulation – Reduced heat loss in winter. Solar shading
reduces cooling costs in summer. When combined with
natural
ventilation, system can eliminate the need for air
conditioning.
Sound Insulation – Noise reduction especially with
foam filled slats.
Drive Options – Tape drive or cranked handle for manual
operation. Electric option with conventional switches
or
remote control for automatic operation.
Finish Options – Choice of standard white or can be
coated to the RAL colour range.
Slat Options – Foam filled roll formed aluminium for
low to medium security with better thermal and sound
insulation
performance. Extruded aluminium for enhanced
security applications.
Portable and Modular
building Costs – Installation of a traditional shutter
is often performed after the portable and
modular building
is sited
and thus generates a considerable installation
cost. This
can result in delayed occupancy and damage
to internal / external finish. Savings
in labour and logistic
costs will be generated by the integral design.

Insect Protection Screen
Features & Benefits:
Supply Options – Protection screens can be supplied
in kit form made to measure or assembled in a frame
for easy fixing
with 4 screws.
Longevity – Manufactured from painted aluminium sections
and a fibre-glass roller screen (which does not decay
or
burn) which is encased into a casing. The screen is
operated using a galvanised spring mechanism which
as been tested to 10,000 cycles.
Ease of Installation – The kit is fitted to any type
of door / window reveal using six screws or it can
be fitted into a fabricated
frame for easy fitting in an actual production process
or as an additional item once the portable and modular
building is sited.
Dimension Options – Standard kits range from 850mm
to 2400mm wide with a drop of 1000mm – 1500mm
