For over 45 years we
have been supplying the caravan industry with pre-fabricated
aluminium sheet. Our
massive storage facility and extensive fabrication
and finishing
plant in Hull, means we can meet customers bespoke
requirements.
Eltherington supplies pre-coated aluminium in coil or
sheet in widths between 50mm and 2540mm with a wide range
of fabrication and finishing options.

Embossing – Coils and sheet

Protection Foil – Self-adhesive
polycoating application is available and reduces the
risk of scratching and damage.
Decoiling / Blanking – We can
decoil up to 2540mm wide material using a process of
in-line leveling to remove “coil set”.
Additionally, coil can be slit to specified sheet widths
and profiled in-line.
Profiling – Eltherington supply
profiled sheets, through roll forming, up to a width
of 2540mm. Profiling can improve the aesthetic appearance
of the caravan with the additional advantage of added
panel strength. Eltherington have a selection of roll
formed designs and numerous customer bespoke designs.

supply edge formed sheet through roll forming plus
fabricated items using CNC Press Brakes and folding
equipment.

at least, meets guidelines approved by the caravan
industry. Eltherington strive to deliver after sale

Celutex PVCu Cladding
Why use Eltherington to supply them?
Celutex PVCu Cladding is a new product launched early
2006 for Holiday Homes and Park Homes. In response
to growing demand for high quality authentic looking
wood effect cladding, Eltherington distribute and fabricate
a new range of shiplap products featuring a new PVCu-ue
embossed wood grain finish. Celutex is almost indistinguishable
from timber. Unlike wood however, it requires no surface
treatments and it is completely unaffected by damp,
rot, decay, frost or insect attack. Featuring a new
patented process, Celutex offers a realistic matt wood
grain finish and it is available on single or double
plank versions for rapid installation. There is a comprehensive
range of corners, edges and joint trims to ensure a
smart finished look and a 10-year guarantee against
defects and discoloration. Eltherington offer a full
fabrication service to enable the product to be supplied
in kit form for specific customer requirements.
