Milton House – Sheffield, England:
Milton House has been part of the Sheffield
skyline for many years but a recent multi-million pound
refurbishment
has made a spectacular difference. Eltherington’s
experience of specialist fabricated building features
helped to make the project possible.
Complex curved
aluminium fascias fabricated in Eltherington’s
factory, and supplied powder coated, run the full length
and sides at the top of the building and on the main
front at first floor level.
In addition, Eltherington
produced the column fins that were designed to break
up the square ground floor
windows. A final enhancement to complete the project
was an additional fin that stretches almost the full
height of the building above the main entrance.

Shopping Mall – Reykjavik, Iceland:
Eltherington’s
main work in the project involved supplying specialist
fabrication work using pre-painted
aluminium with a PVF2 silver metallic finish. It needed
specialist CNC guillotine, punching and bending work
to produce the intricate bull nose shapes and integral
soffits. To strengthen the structure additional bonded-stiffeners
and end stops were incorporated. The material was chosen
for its lightness in weight, colour range, malleability
and long life characteristics, a must in the extreme
climate of Iceland.

because of its expertise and proven quality of workmanship.
