Why use Eltherington as a supplier?

For over 45 years we have worked closely with a wide variety of industries helping them solve problems with aluminium. Over the years we have created one of the largest independent aluminium warehouses with a team of highly skilled workers always on hand. Our fabrication capabilities allow us to do the following with aluminium:

Plant List

To compliment our massive stock holding facilities, we are proud to boast the following finishing machinery:

CNC Pressbrakes:
Up to 4000mm long x maximum 9mm thick aluminium or 6mm thick stainless steel.

CNC Turret Punch Presses:
Up to 6mm thick aluminium or 5mm thick stainless steel.

Guillotines:
Capacity to cut up to 4000mm long x 12mm thick aluminium.

De-Coiling Lines:
Four lines within Eltherington, the largest with the capacity to decoil and cut up to 2540mm wide x 1.6mm thick aluminium. Remaining lines are capable of handling up to 1524mm wide x 1.5mm thick aluminium.

Polycoating:
For protecting rolled products. Offline polycoating up to 2000m wide sheet and online polycoating up to 2540mm wide on wide decoiler.

Other Equipment:
Also MIG/TIG welding, Cut off saws, Band saws, Grinding tools, Milling facilities and Section Benders.
